I can remember most of my time being ashamed of the fact that I have a breast area that others made fun of, and I have been the butt of many cruel jokes and pointed fingers.  There were times I remember admiring a female and she was someone I would have loved to speak with.  Then I would realize that she was small chested and it was possible that my man boobs were larger than hers!  I would hear other woman speak of needing a breast implant, all the while I wanted to learn about breast reduction for men.  Not a subject I really cared to talk about in open.

I was never an overly large individual and I was always in pretty good shape, it is just that the size of my breasts caused other kids to yell out that I had “moobs”.  I would always brush off the remarks and act like it was no big deal, but the fact of the matter was that those comments hurt me very deeply.  As I grew older I tried it all, from weight loss to exercise and I never had any great results with achieving  reduction.  I almost gave up on there even being breast reduction for men and thought that it was something that I was condemned to live with for life.

It was not until I really tried teach myself on the matter.  Sure I had tried all of the weight loss and the meal plans and I even tried to learn about hormones and exercise to help tone the muscles in my chest.  It took me a few years, but one day I realized that part of the problem was that I was not approaching the problem with a multi-pronged approach.

I was always trying to lose reduce the size of my “moobs” in a one dimensional way.  It was not until I gained a complete understanding on the subject that I realized that breast reduction for men was quite possible.  It was not until I started to really concentrate on the issue, from a multitude of angles that I saw any real and substantial results.

Today I still deal with the issue, but I no longer am feeling shame of the fact and hide under an over sized tee-shirt.  Today I am gaining the knowledge and confidence to make a change in my life.  That change feels great and I now look forward to life with a zest I can never remember having.  I have now learned that breast reduction for men is not only possible, it is a certainty. I always thought I would have needed surgery, but that is not the truth.  Surgery, I realized did not have to be the only option.   It is just become an issue that I have learned beat and now life is great with the spouse and the 2 youngsters. 

If you are searching for help, never give up because losing the moobs can happen and the truth is life is so much better when you are not ashamed of your body.  Manboobs can go away because breast reduction for men is possible and surgery does not have to be the thing to make it happen.
