i was wondering if anyone has tried sensa and if so how did it work for you?

Sensa is a weight loss powder that you put on your food. It doesn’t take like anything, but it does effect your senses so that you eat less calories. I need to lose around 70lbs. I’ve already lost 6lbs in 1 month.

the weight loss product Sensa, has anyone used it? if so, did it work? i am exercising regularly and am eating healthier, but not dieting. i was thinking about using Sensa, but i wanted to ask for peoples experiences with this product first. and is this product safe for someone under 18?
well i looked up the mega-t and it says its not safe for someone under 18. is this just something that all weight loss products have to say or..?

Is this an effective diet for weight loss? Is this too much food/calories?

Breakfast: 1 cup original special k cereal, 5 strawberries, one-half cup skim milk, and 1 hard boiled egg

Snack: fiber one bar

Lunch: grilled chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1 slice green onion, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegrette dressing, slice diet toast, 1 small apple

Snack: 1 cup sugar/fat free chocolate instant pudding (prepared with water instead of milk)

Dinner: grilled chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 slice green onion, 1 slice toast, 1 peach

I also have 1 tbsp of light butter (toast), and 1 tsp of morton’s light salt a day (sprinkled over food after prepared). No other seasonings or food.

i’d like to try sensa for weight loss but don’t want to waste my time and money on another hype. the claim is a test trial for less than 10:00. it seems silly that i shake something on all my food and eat whatever i want but the sensa changes how my senses think about food, hense the name. has anyone out there tried this stuff, does it work, have a taste, become expensive after the trial or come with hard to follow instructions?
for some reason yahoo put this in beer and spirits category. it dosn’t belong here but if anyone has an answer here i’d appreciate it anyway. i’ll also put it in it’s proper category.

I saw a commercial for this, and it seemed too good to be true, but I really need to lose weight. This stuff seems legit, but I don’t want to buy it online or anything.

So I was wondering if I could get it at a store like Target or something. Also suggest any other weight loss supplements or stuff you can use.

I am one of those guys who likes to consume a lot of calories, work out, and gain weight/muscle. The only thing holding me back is my appetite. Whenever i eat i get full really quick.
