Weight Loss Question?
Is this an effective diet for weight loss? Is this too much food/calories?
Breakfast: 1 cup original special k cereal, 5 strawberries, one-half cup skim milk, and 1 hard boiled egg
Snack: fiber one bar
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1 slice green onion, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegrette dressing, slice diet toast, 1 small apple
Snack: 1 cup sugar/fat free chocolate instant pudding (prepared with water instead of milk)
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 slice green onion, 1 slice toast, 1 peach
I also have 1 tbsp of light butter (toast), and 1 tsp of morton’s light salt a day (sprinkled over food after prepared). No other seasonings or food.
