I love Sensa! Has anyone every lost 70lbs on it?
Sensa is a weight loss powder that you put on your food. It doesn’t take like anything, but it does effect your senses so that you eat less calories. I need to lose around 70lbs. I’ve already lost 6lbs in 1 month.
Something with opposite effect of Weight loss product Sensa?
I am one of those guys who likes to consume a lot of calories, work out, and gain weight/muscle. The only thing holding me back is my appetite. Whenever i eat i get full really quick. If i could eat more i could consume more calories. Is there anything out there that increases appetite/hunger (or does the opposite of what Sensa does)?

is this a good way to have peanut butter?
a caramel corn rice cake 50 cals
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter 50 cals
and sprinkle a little cinamon on top which has no calories
so a good 100 calorie snack or no?
4 grams fat total
and i think about 3 grams protein
15 g carb
not bad for weight loss right?

Does 'Peel a Pound Soup' really help you lose weight?
I know theres no quick fix for weight loss but has anyone tried this soup?I’m sure it would be great for digestion if nothing else.
PEEL – A – POUND SOUP (No Calories!)
1 head cabbage
1 bunch celery
6-10 carrots
1 lg. green pepper
1-2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. French onion soup mix
1 onion
3-4 tbsp. parsley flakes
Cover vegetables with water after cutting up. Bring to a boil, then add soup mix. Cook over low heat until vegetables are tender. Add pepper, but no salt, for seasonings. May sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top in your bowl. May be frozen for later use.

I am going to go on a diet for 5 days too see how much I can lose: just to see, and for healths sake of course.

Breakfast- Cup of Mini Weats and a Cup of 2% Milk
200 Calories
Lunch- Can of No Sugar Added Pears 100 Calories
Dinner- Grilled Turkey Sanwhich with a small sprinkle of cheese.
350 Calories
Dessert- No Sugar Added Jello
60 Calories
Day 2
Breakfast- English Muffin
120 Calories
Lunch- Granola Bar 100 Calories
Dinner- Grilled Chicken Breast 350 Calories
Dessert- No Sugar Added Jello 60 Calories

I currently weigh about 109 pounds and want to get down to 100.
I play a sport (lacrosse) for about 2 hours everyday.
